Perelman Farm
Once the country estate of the renowned mid-century humorist S.J. Perelman, now brilliantly reimagined. An expanded bank barn with additions has become the main residence. The open frame of the original barn holds 200 people as well as the hanging cast of a whale’s skeleton. You’ll walk through epicurean kitchens indoors and out, an exceptional primary suite, and a brick solarium with bar. Art is everywhere, as are personal collections of fossils, botany, and found objects. Visit the original stone farmhouse, repurposed for guests. Stroll the spectacular rolling landscape of 85 acres informed by a respect for native flora and love of Japanese garden design. |

The Glass Barn
A house that creative owners and a skillful architect have transformed into one of the most inventive contemporary homes in Bucks County. It’s a one-of-a-kind blend of modern elegance, sly humor, and rustic charm. An outdoor living room separates the house from a furnished greenhouse built for entertaining. Every sight line reflects a commitment to openness among all the living spaces and effortless, natural incorporation of the outdoors within. |

Spring Creek Farm
The historic farmhouse on this property first appears on maps in the early 1850s. The stone additions and wings show its progression over centuries. Today, you’ll find a showplace for sustainable agriculture, where organic flowers and produce grow and chickens and grass-fed Angus cows graze. The current owner took on the challenge of a detailed historical restoration. As he did so, he incorporated state-of-the-art geothermal and solar systems. Explore the home’s entry level and engineering. Visit the farm animals and working greenhouse. |
